High temperatures within DDCL (London)

May 26, 2026, 7:59 PM - Europe/London

Hello,

We are aware of elevated temperatures at the DDCL facility in London, where we house a number of our primary server systems.

The issue has been caused by a fault with a condenser unit at the facility. Higher-than-usual ambient temperatures in London today have also contributed to the situation.

Engineers are currently on site working to restore the condenser unit and bring temperatures back within normal operating levels.

We are monitoring the situation closely and will provide further updates as soon as more information becomes available.

Kind regards,
ZARE NOC
